hmmmm. well being ive lost over 100 lbs.. i found that adding good foods
and limiting sweet and high fat cravings.. the secret is to train yourself
to a meal plan that works for you..when i work im stricked healthy avcado,
eggs, lots veggies, tuna, chicken nuts, milk..water and hot tea.one snack
cant live without chocolate lol, my days off i eat pizza, hamburgers, even
beer wine..ect. i just dont go crazy with it..walk in the morning workout
at night..i try and burn over half my daily calories..still have a few
pounds to go..so my calorie intake is about 1200..the key is to eat and
exercise. did you know sitting on an exercise ball rocking back and forth
while you watching a movie burn up 300 calories and hour just sitting.
every hour do an exercise for 10 mins walk in place. squats..ect. change
how you relax at home. and you energy will change and happy comes
naturally. good luck..
this video is so wrong its not even funny. all forms of carbs spike blood
sugar, and your body has no process to turn carbs (SUGAR) into fat. the
reason people eat fat is because they eat way more food than they need, if
u only need 2700 calories a day to maintain your weight and you eat 5000
calories a day regardless of what kind of foods you eat your gonna gain

Such conflicting information! You say to eliminate essential starches such
as rice and potatoes (low in fat high in fibre) then go on to recommend
increasing your fibre intake and then… You suggest having pre-packaged
toxic cereals for breakfast! Aaargh, you are crazy!

I really like the idea that alternative food suggestions are provided
instead of encouraging food deprivation.
You shouldn’t waste your time andbucks and effort on fat lossdrugs or
ointments because their effects if any are merely temporary.

far apart *,* some of us wouldn’t get any exercise at all *.* *. .* *. . .*

I thought that if you didint eat at night your body uses the carbs that are
stored (fat) as a source thats why you may wake up with bad breath!
My only struggle is eating at nights. That’s gonna be hard. Nights are when
I feel like eating everything lol
Everyone knows diet and exercise are the 2 critical ways to shrink your
belly. Yet it is really a difficult job in my experience because I ‘m quite
lazy and not give enough patience to follow the program.
