carbs and helping you get all your vitamins/minerals from fruit/veg you may

Yes indeed. Beets before a workout has been shown to increase endurance,
lower fatigue and, in some cases, even boost power. Note: many ppl use
beetroot juice then wash their mouth with mouthwash – that kills off it’s
