    that doesn’t take away the pesticides, chemicals or even GMO’s because all
    fruits and veggies have fatty cell membranes which are permeable especially
    to the GMO’s. sadly enough there is nothing to do about non organic and GMO

    I’ve only just started adding fresh juices into my diet and whenever I
    drink them, I afterwards feel dizzy and get headaches, today after drinking
    beet root, carrot and apple I even got cold sweats. Is this dangerous or is
    this just detox?! I love the juices and definitely want to continue adding
    them in, maybe even do a juice feast, but don’t want to harm my body?!

    i was at bed bath and i was about to get a juicer but then i figured i cud
    get the ninja blender.. and just strain out the pulp… what do u think of
    this.. blender is still in packaging will this ever work? i only wud do
    this if i didnt want all the fiber in my drink. and maybe save it for later
    in a container

    Keep Juicing, after 3 days you will not feel any side effects. No way will
    you harm your body , not drinking juice will harm your body. Try mostly
    greens if possible, liquid Gold, try limit the fruit as much as possible,
    try get Organic, better for you and the juice is really nicer then
    supermarket poison. If not organic try buy in small local shop not ,
    supermarket Juice is amazing and the benefits are unreal , weight loss,
    good skin, hair, nails, all over you skin is better ,

    hi my skin is very very very dry. i hope to drink lots of green juice like
    lettuce, spinach, asparagus and cucumber. is it ok to eat grapes everyday?
    i like to eat a cup full of grapes everyday because i feel very tied and it
    helps me to stay awake but i’m worried it might be too acidic.

    be careful with the beet it causes gas but the ginger helps with that. I
    drink this almost ever morning. It such a pretty color.

    hello shira – it is really hard to know. i have no way of measuring it.
    some think it loses too much nutritional value others don’t. i’ve been
    doing it for years, it makes me feel good and i don’t think it has harmed
    me. if it was between drinking a two day “old” juice and not drinking any,
    i would say drink it. adding lemon helps preserve it. do what feels right
    for you and notice if you feel it helps you or not. hope this helps 🙂

    i just read that you should drink 60-90 oz o9f juice per day if thats all
    your eatting. so maybe you should drink like 2 or 3 cups of juice a day,
    throughout the day, thats probably better for you. you want to do it often,
    but not tons at a time, that makes sense i think, so like 2-3 8 oz cups a
    day at different times would be more effective. just saying.

    Samson or omega are better. Juice at slow speed to retain nutrients and
    avoid getting air in juice which oxidises and destroys nutrients
